1. Daldongnae
Address: 888 Dundas St E, Mississauga, ON L4Y 4G6 (+more locations)
Website: https://www.daldongnaebbq.com/
From our visit to Daldongnae, we felt that they serve one of the best Korean barbecues in Mississauga due to their selection of quality meats and fresh ingredients.
Succulent, flavourful, melt-in-your-mouth texture, this is what Sauga foodies describe Daldongnae. If you’re into Korean food, you might know how successful this business is with its numerous branches in the GTA. Not to mention their inclusion on Yelp’s list of the Top 100 restaurants in Canada.
Daldongnae is the best example of how quality and well-prepped meat can truly elevate one’s BBQ experience. With specialized grills for various meat, a simple pork belly and beef chuck steak are remarkably juicy.
You don’t need to try every meat on their menu to have an ultimate BBQ experience. Their serving is quite large, and at least 2 orders can make you feel stuffed and satisfied.
Don’t be shy to ask for refills on the sides! We kept asking for more fresh lettuce, corn cheese, and eggs to enjoy our meat like a true Korean.
They even have cocktails and soju for your one-of-a-kind Korean feast.

2. Sikgaek
Address: 800 Dundas St E, Unit #A1, Mississauga, ON L4Y 2B6
Website: https://www.sikgaek.ca/
Eat and drink until you drop at Sikgaek, a Korean restaurant, hotpot, and bar steps away from Daldongnae & Sushi Omigoto (the best sushi in Sauga!). The ambiance at this restaurant feels like a celebration of the marriage of Korean food and booze. Upon entering the place, you will be welcomed with various embellishments of soju and images of their menu placed on the wall.
Sikgaek will have you devour your order on a wood chair and round table that your dishes can barely fit on. If you’re a friend of alcohol, you can enjoy a drink or two with some hot and yummy tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes).
Their BBQ choices are not much, but just enough for a completely lavish meal. Have some of their smokey Pork belly and LA Galbi to fully satisfy your mind, body, and soul. And if you have just finished binge drinking, try their hotpot before leaving the place!
3. Miga
Address: 2382 Dundas St W, Mississauga, ON L5K 1R7
Website: https://www.migabbq.com/
Since opening a shop on Dundas Street in 2004, the neighbourhood has drawn in fervent BBQ lovers looking for an exceptional range of delicious meats. Miga tosses Chef Song’s Korean family recipes with specialties like Premium Ribeye, L.A. Galbi, and Yang Nyum Galbi (marinated short rib).
Want to impress your date with an upscale Korean BBQ experience instead of traditional restaurants? Miga will do the job. The restaurant’s patio is especially beautiful, adorned with sparkling lights and flowers. Pair this breathtaking setting with their Japanese Waygu beef & steak, and you’ll have a memorable evening. Mind you, it’s expensive, but it’s worth the splurge.
Aside from their meat offerings, try out their other Korean comfort food staples such as Japchae, Bulgogi noodles, or kimchi. They also have an extensive list of stews and soup dishes – some of which you might be hard-pressed to find in the Mississauga area.
4. Kobi Korean BBQ
Address: 257 Dundas St E, Mississauga, ON L5A 1W8 (+more locations)
Website: http://www.kobikoreanbbq.com/
Affordable yet delicious, Kobi’s BBQ is worth rejoicing over. Without breaking your wallet, be prepared to be blown away by the quality of Kobi’s meat selection grilled in the most authentic Korean way. Lacking some spice to your life? Pair your BBQs with cold buckwheat noodles.
Here, it’s a must to try diners’ favourites like Pork Belly, Ribs, and Beef served alongside a plethora of side dishes. Their BBQs taste better with groups, so if you want to bring family or friends for an authentic Korean date, this is undoubtedly the best spot to go!
5. Arirang Korean BBQ Restaurant
Address: 1177 Central Pkwy W, Unit #72, Mississauga, ON L5C 3J2
Website: https://arirangbbq.ca/
As much as we can all agree that BBQ is delicious, sometimes (or all the time!), we don’t like to come out of a restaurant and go on with our lives smelling like a grilled BBQ. Fortunately, Arirang uses the most innovative grills at each of their tables where smoke is minimized – meaning you can flip, cook, and dig into your BBQ worry-free.
The massive selection of their meat is the hallmark of this ever-famous AYCE restaurant, inducing a growling tummy as you flip through the pages of their menu. From beef and pork in a flavourful marinade to bibimbap, bulgogi, and more – they truly have it all.
For 2 hours, fill your tummy with their tasty free-flow meat and side dishes!
